Contact & support
The short version
- One address handles everything: contact@itimesheet.app.
- A real person answers, in English or French, normally within two business days.
- There is no support account to create and no ticket portal — reply to the thread and it stays the same conversation.
- Refunds and billing disputes go to Apple, not to us: we have no access to your payment method and no power to grant a refund.
- Postal mail: Kiss My Apps SAS, 17 chemin des Loriots, 93230 Romainville, France.
1.Email support
Write to contact@itimesheet.app. That single address covers product questions, bug reports, feature requests, subscription questions, privacy requests and press enquiries — it is routed by hand, so you do not need to pick a category.
Replies come in English or French, normally within two business days. iTimeSheet is published by a small French company, so European business hours apply and August and late December are slower than usual. There is no published phone line: support is handled in writing so that the answer, including any steps you need to follow, is something you can keep.
We never ask for your password, your Apple ID credentials or a payment detail — there is nothing we could do with them. Any message claiming to be iTimeSheet support and asking for those is not from us.
2.Reporting a bug or asking for a feature
Because your data never leaves your iPhone, we cannot look at your account to reproduce a problem — there is no account and no server-side copy. That makes the detail you send genuinely load-bearing. The most useful report includes:
- Your iTimeSheet version (Settings → About) and iOS version.
- Your device model, and whether an Apple Watch or a widget was involved.
- What you did, what you expected, what happened — in that order, as concretely as you can.
- A screenshot or screen recording, if the problem is visual or hard to describe.
- Whether it happens every time or intermittently.
Feature requests are read and tracked against a prioritised roadmap. If your request is already planned, you will get told which release is likely; if it conflicts with the product's design constraints — real-time multi-device sync, a team plan, an Android build — you will be told that plainly rather than strung along. Shipped changes appear in the release notes.
3.Subscriptions, cancellations and refunds
All purchases go through Apple. This shapes what we can and cannot do for you:
| What you need | Where it happens |
|---|---|
| Cancel a subscription | iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → iTimeSheet, or the Manage Subscription button in the app's Settings. Two taps, no email required. |
| Request a refund | reportaproblem.apple.com — Apple decides. We have no access to your payment method and no ability to grant one, though we will gladly write to Apple in support of a request that looks well-founded. |
| Restore a purchase on a new device | The app's Settings → Restore Purchases. If that does not restore your tier, email us with the tier you bought and roughly when. |
| An invoice or receipt for your accountant | Apple issues it — check your App Store purchase history. We are not the merchant of record and cannot issue one. |
| A feature you paid for is not unlocking | Email us. This is our problem to fix, and it is the fastest category of ticket we handle. |
The full commercial terms are in the Terms of Use.
4.Privacy and GDPR requests
Send privacy requests to contact@itimesheet.app. One thing worth knowing before you write: your clients, missions, rates, hours, expenses and receipt photos are stored only on your iPhone and, if you enable backup, in your own iCloud account. Kiss My Apps holds no copy. So an access, portability or erasure request against us will find very little to act on — which is the intended outcome, not an evasion.
What you can act on locally: export your data as CSV from the app at any time, on Essential and above, and delete everything by deleting the app. What the publisher does hold, why, and the identity of every processor is set out in the Privacy Policy, which also documents the route to the French data protection authority (CNIL) if you are not satisfied with our answer.
5.Press, partnerships and legal notices
Press and partnership enquiries: contact@itimesheet.app, with "press" or "partnership" in the subject line. Screenshots and the app icon are available on request in the resolutions you need; please do not recolour the logo or composite it into a mock-up that implies a feature the app does not ship.
Formal legal notices should go to the registered office by post, at the address below, addressed to the president. Email is fine for a first contact but is not a substitute for service of process.
